FAQ #1 - When can you have _______ ready?
Below is the latest information on order processing times (payment to shipment, in stock colors only):
ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE AUGUST 28 WILL HAVE A SHIPPING TIME OF 6-8 WEEKS (DELIVERY BEFORE HALLOWEEN)
ALL ORDERS RECEIVED OCTOBER 29 - NOVEMBER 14 WILL SHIP BY THE END OF THE YEAR
I'M SORRY, BUT I CANNOT GIVE ANY MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON SHIPPING TIMES UNTIL THE ORDER QUEUE IS MUCH SHORTER.
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL THE MATERIALS FOR YOUR ORDER HAVE BEEN CUT. UNTIL THEN YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ORDER AT ANY TIME.

If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to email me. And please don't be mad if all I send you back is an email with a link to the ordering page for the item you're asking about - chances are I'm trying to type with a steamer handle in the other hand...
FAQ #3 - Do you ship to ________ ? and How much does shipping to ________ cost?
SWEDEN? YES! NETHERLANDS? YES! ZIMBABWE? YES! YES! YES! I ship anywhere on the planet (extra-terrestrial is still a bit of a hassle)...To find out the cost of shipping, simply add the items to the shopping cart and start the checkout process. After you add your address and select your country, the total will be displayed. For reference, Western Asia is the same as mainland Europe and Eastern Asia is the same as Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OVER 4 LBS WILL BE SENT PRIORITY MAIL. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO APPROVE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR THIS SERVICE.
FAQ #4 - How long does shipping take once an item has been sent out?
Inside the United States: 2-3 days for priority mail (including weekends, but package is not delivered on Sunday. Express Mail is also available - there is an additional charge to cover the extra postage.
The USPS states that shipping to all countries by First Class International is 5-6 business days. I cannot make any guarantees as to how soon your international package will arrive, only when I post it. Express service is available, but it is usually at least $50 extra for international shipments.
