FALLS/HAIRPIECES/WIGS - Please understand that due to Federal Regulations regarding hair products, no returns of any kind can be accepted. 

CUSTOM CORSETS are not returnable unless there is a defect.  We check them very carefully before we ship them, so this is almost never the case.  Ready-to-ship corsets are returnable under the rules below.

OTHER CLOTHING ITEMS - Please email for a return authorization and mailing address.  Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.  Clothing returned for exchange will have the entire cost credited towards the new items.  Clothing items for return are subject to a restocking fee of 15% and no refund on shipping either way.  Also, items must be unworn.  You can try them on of course, but no damage, obvious wear, stains or odors will be accepted.
